Returns & Refund Policy: We understand that sometimes your preferences may evolve even after making a purchase, especially with jewellery. Rest assured, we value your satisfaction above all else. If you ever find yourself reconsidering a purchase, we're here to make sure you're delighted with your decision, now and always. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.

  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at allurebyriddhi@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Refund time: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
In case of an COD order, you will have an option for refund in your bank account or Credit note, accordingly the refund will take place.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy: We do not provide Exchange policy.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation Policy:
 Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges). However, if cancelled after shipping, customer will have to borne Shipping charges of ₹150.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
